Does the main game feel... too short?
I've just finished this game for the 2nd time, and I feel like it's fairly short (20 hours) which for a game of this size and how much is being asked for, I'm just rather shocked, is it just me that feels like this? I understand there's side-missions but I feel like even if you did them all it only adds like another 5 - 10 hours or so

So you did every quest and activity there is in 20 hours or you did the main story in 20 hours? 20 hour campaign is pretty normal.

Just stop rushing the game... :steamfacepalm:

The main story in 20 hours or so, give or take.

Is 20 hours really normal...? I admit I don't usually play other RPG's or other big triple-A games (I usually just stick to more sandbox-y type games or more casual stuff) so maybe I'm out of the loop with this stuff, it just feels a bit odd and short

To me it is. I think it's astounding they made it this length on purpose, because apparently people complained about other games being too long. For me it can't be long or complex enough, but hey, lowest common denominator rule.

The Relic story should have been a final expansion. It sure felt like one.

If you only do "main quest", you only get one ending and miss out on a whole lot of content. Like, A LOT. Sidequests complement main quest and alter it, unlocking additional endings.

You finished the main quest, not the game.

I finished the main quest at 60 hours, did the Panam ending. I didn't bother doing gigs much, neither did I clear every NCPD mission on the map, otherwise that would've added another 50 hours to my playtime.

Lets just say you get out what you put in ... My first playthough was about 100 hours, being very thorough... I imagine even my second playthough will take at least 50 hours or so...

my average playthrough is about 75 hours and my longest was 115. If you want to ignore 4/5th of the content then that is on you.
Skipping gigs is one things but if you skip the Panem, Judy and River quest lines you're really missing out.

"I beat Skyrim in 20 hours - it felt way to short for me... lol..."

Come on man - Most of the games content IS side content and gigs - if you only focus on the main story lots of games can be finished in around 20-30 hours...

You need to do the Panam, Judy and Takemura questlines. Game won't let you progress otherwise.

If you reach the credits after the main quest, you have finished the game.

No, not really - you finished the main quest lol... To actually finish the game as in complete it fully you of course need to do all/most of the side content also... Thats why people saying they can 'finish' Skyrim in 20 hours is a joke... In many RPG's these days the main quest is only part of the overall experience...
