In many games there are still limitations for the save games, even for many actual games.
Contact GOG Customer support then, this is Valve (Steam), wrong plattform then, nobody of the Community can help you with this somehow.
Games that intentionally limit saves always state this. Cyberpunk make no effort to convey this to the player.
Mankind Divided doesnt do this, Fallout doesnt do this, Skyrim doesnt do this.... the list goes on. What makes Cyberpunk so special that it needs to limit save files? Whats the lore or technical limitation that CDPR made this a thing?

game is so fkd that I just got run over getting out of the car after being dropped off by Jackie during a cutscene.
