Patience and wait for the CET team to update it. Usually it takes between few hours up to few days depending on the amount of needed changes.
Check their github as well, as they update there slightly before update on nexusmods.

Absolutely check the github.

Also, the new version requires RED4ext now iirc, which means you will need this updated too, if you didn't use it before.

CET was updated yesterday, but got some false positives on virus scans, so Nexus locked it. It could still be gotten from github.
Looking this morning, it's available on Nexus again.

As are most of the other core mods (ArchiveXL, TweakXL, RED4ext, Codeware, Equipment EX).

No redscript yet. (hmm, redscript says that it should work, but people are reporting errors. Could be old cache files, or other mods that need updates.)
And no Mod Settings.
