Audio Output switch to controller speaker

Hello, this was not an issue in previous patch, but I have noticed when I use my dual sense controller and have my headphones plug in the game runs fine until I load a random save or reload from a checkpoint in the game the audio changes to the dual sense external speakers automatically. I have also turned off the controller audio option in the setting and the issue is still there when I load a save.
