You need to add it, with CET command code. Or buy it with V personnal computer via, the virtual atelier mod feature
What is CET command code

CET is one of the basic framework mods that is required for quite a few others.
One of the features it adds is a "command line" that you can enter various commands in, once you know them.
One of those commands is to add an item to your inventory (you need the item name/code, works for any item in the game)

So most clothing mods, either in their description or in a text file in their archive, have a list of the codes needed to add the item with CET.

But yeah, as mentioned, the other way to get them is via a Virtual Atelier online store.
Most of the clothing mod authors who make many clothing mods, also make a Virtual Atelier shop for just their mods.

So you need the Virtual Atelier mod (and all of it's prerequisites), the clothing mods, and the specific Virtual Atelier shop mods that match them. Then you can just go on your computer in your apartment, and buy clothes.

One key thing with mods is that many of them require *other* mods to work. So when you look at a mod page on Nexus (or wherever), it's important to look at the "Requirements" tab, to see if you need more mods to make it work. And, of course, all of those mods might have requirements, too. ;)

Most clothing mods require ArchiveXL and TweakXL, along with whatever body mod the version you download is for. And the VA store, if there is one. A bunch also need or recommend Equipment EX, which is a more advanced version of the Wardrobe function, lets you combine more pieces of clothing.

ArchiveXL require RED4ext. So does TweakXL
Equipment EX requires ArchiveXL, TweakXL, Codeware, RED4ext, and redscript.
Virtual Atelier requires all of those, plus Browser Extension and Mod Settings.
Etc, etc, etc
You get the idea. :)

And most of those core framework mods (CET, Archive, Tweak, Codeware, redscript, etc) need to be updated every time the game is patched. It usually only takes a day or two.

fr, my game won't even start with Mods disabled. I guess I have to do a fresh install... again

Disable all your Modder's resource mods (redscript, RED4ext, ArchiveXL, tweakXL etc) and then disable mods using the launcher slider. Then just wait for those mods to be updated.

Given that this is a fairly minor patch, and the modders had a couple of days warning, I expect most of these mods will be back in operation by the weekend, if not before.

Doing all that seems like a pain. I usually just take a break and do other things. :)
