Takemura got stuck in the doorway of Wakako's office and I couldn't talk to Wakako, I saved and exited the game and it fixed Takemura position and he was beside me in front of the desk of Wakako and I was finally able to talk to Wakako and proceed with the mission

Just posting the fix I did in case this happens to you
