V "talks" to themselves

If you're watching V in third person whilst they're having a conversation with Johnny, on occasion, V will mouth the words Johnny speaks.

I first noticed this on the mission Raymond Chandler Evening. At the end, Johnny speaks to V without being visually present and V will mouth his words.

Pretty sure this is intentional.

yes because the RTX aspect was for this in-case you went past areas where reflections of your player model are visible the mouth had to move during any dialog.

Well to be fair, Johnny doesn't exist, you're ALWAYS talking to yourself.
