I could be mistaken but I came to the forum because of this and then saw your thread and now am wondering is this an issue, more people have problems with?
And I swear, maybe it's just being upset right now, but every damn update where we're excited about something being fixed, a few days go by and we're annoyed about something else no longer working that wasn't broken in the first place.
It's getting old. It's no longer funny.
Turn in graphical options of the game "Resolution Scaling" to your preferred method (DLSS/FSR or the other, okay just joking; or: XeSS) and the frame rates will rise again.
This worked for me lol, apparently for some reason after the patch it was turned off and I only had some other option on without noticing I was missing the right one so I had got some emotional damage but now it's fixed due to an internet search.
