Game stuck on loading screen / Crashes after cinematic

I've just bought and downloaded the game with the additional DLC. I'm having trouble with the game whereby it crashes and is stuck on infinite loading screen. This happens when I tried playing corpo and street kid

For Corpo, after speaking with your boss, I go to the car, and when I press go to the city, it is just stuck on the load screen.

For street kid when I try jack the car and get pinned by cops, when they hit you, it just loads endlessly.

I've got a very good pc with a 4070ti so i don't think its a hardware issue. I've also limited my FPS to 80.

Any help would be useful.

I’ve just started to experience an issue where my game will either crash or go to an infinite black screen with a loading bar in the top right in the middle of driving around about 5 minutes after booting the game. This is on a save file with about 60 hours played that was running perfectly fine up until now. I’ve got a 4090 and the game is on an m.2 SSD. Not sure if this is the exact same issue you are having but it sure is frustrating!

I'm having an issue just now where the game freezes right after the intro cinematic, and doesn't let me skip it like i'm playing the game for the first time even though i have close to 100 hours logged at this point. I am playing with mods but it was working perfectly fine just last night.
