Browse Nexus Mods. Most of the people there include galleries of what the mods contain.
The learning curve on mod-making isn't all that bad, but you will need to do quite a bit of research.
you just need to actually decide what you mean by 'fits with cyberpunk'
there is a modular gear maker that has cosmetic armour. comes with various parts, such as chest gear, arm and leg gear, head gear.
if you play a FemV, you can grab a set of 3 'Tron' style bodysuits (no mascV, sorry. but there is a both body, many style netrunner suit in many colours you can use for a male bodied V)
other modmakers have things like the plastic clothing (see thru), refits of the NPC clothing ect.
be aware that there are two different types of clothing mods.
ones that require TweekXL and ArchiveXL, and ones that don't.
the one's that don't need them are called 'Refits' iirc, and they overwrite the item of clothing you are willing to ditch for the style you want.
(i still use a couple of these. one that swaps the puffy moon-boot style winter boots to a pair of sleek, thigh high plastic boots, and another that swaps the green dress to a white and silver variant)
the ones that use TweekXL/ArchiveXL add 'stand alone' unique items that are usually added into the game via ether a 'Virtual Atelier' mod or by copy/pasting codes to add them to your inventory (via Cyber Engine Tweaks) with the console.
you are also likely to need to install a mod called 'Equipment EX' which allows you to layer clothing.
this lets you wear things like tight leggings over hot pants/short skirts like the NPCs do.
also allows you to swap slots so that you can wear things in slots they were not meant to, but still display.
also allows for more slots than just head/face/outer chest/inner chest/legs and feet.
slots like neck and ears (for jewelry mods, like the holo ear rings and necklaces the joytoys wear)
gloves, stockings, glasses AND mask ect.
