Well, you will have to fix your current issue about being unable to romance her first. :P I am ... X% sure there is a mod somewhere, out there that can let you romance her whatever your character's gender and options. And it's usually pretty easy. Just go to the game's directory; Cyberpunk 2077 > archive > pc then create a "mod" folder without "quotes", and a lot of mods will just let you drag and drop their files in that folder without any requirements or dependencies.

No worries, Panam is not worth it. She's a real b- nightmare. :7Days1: Even in Phantom Liberty, she remains the same. She has a short temper, is easily triggered, is always angry or annoyed, complains a lot and does not care much about anyone but herself. You will find that out in Phantom Liberty; it is sad and angers me. :7Days5: The only thing I like about her is that she prefers to be out there in nature rather than in a big city, and she likes cars more than anything. So you know, if you're hanging out with Panam, it will be a trip.

She calls you with no details, just demands you show up. Obviously, I ask what's up, and she immediately defaults to "oh great, this means you're not showing up, right?" like a 9-year-old.

If you dare ask her for help during a Phantom Liberty mission, even before you get the chance to share details, she just goes "yeah V, I don't help people out of the blue." Like, GIRL, you're in zero position to act like this, especially after I've done so much for your clan.

I think she pisses me off so much because I used to date someone like her and she's a bad reminder all-around 💀

Honestly making all romantic choices be bisexual is a flaw in RPGs IMO. IDK how it is in Skyrim but I despised it in Fallout 4, I refuse to believe that that Danse and even Piper can be ♥♥♥, and I'm honestly surprised MacCready is romancable in the first place considering he wants to focus helping his son.
