Bossfights bugged?

My first boss fight was at the Mall in Pacifica and that Animal creature was stuck in the ground. While that made the fight quite easy, since she deals most damage with power jumps, it was also impossible to loot her or ever to finish her for good, since she disappeared in the concrete. Had this in two different playthroughs already.
Now the game crashes every time I am in the fight with Oda. First, I have beaten him and the game crashed right after it and from that moment on, the game crashed every time a few seconds into the fight.
Files verified. Game still crashes.

I've had that boss power dashing endlessly into a wall or shelf. They also just stood there after jacking into my V.

Ok, after some searching I have learnt what caused the crashes. The game obviously crashes if you use the BAIT hack (confirmed Tier 5) in combat, even though the use is not restricted and the hack description also suggests usability in combat.
Do not know why this is so difficult to fix, but that is CDPR for ya...
This does not explain the Pacifica Mall bossfight glitch though.
