phantom liberty not installed in game
i already have installed it on steam and the launcher said that the game is now in ultimate edition yet in the main menu it says download now
and its currently downloading in the menu do i need to wait again for it to install?

Did you download it to the right location? Sounds like you may not have.

Just make sure you do it through steam and don't move it from another location.

fixed it somehow think i reinstalled the dlc not sure if that fixed it
