Why can i not see my cyberware implants when naked?

Well common sense features are something CDPR is known for skimping on. Any hope that they would deliver on expanded customization options has pretty much left the building. We didn't even get the new npc hairstyles from the DLC in the character creator, they apparently don't care about it even in the slightest.

Nexus mods are your friend.

Thanks man i will go do that but latest patch gets my pc cyberdrunk and gives random crashes. xD

Pretty much all but a very few of the cyberware available to the player in this game is internal only, meaning if they appeared outside the body then CDPR needs to work on this game more (In-universe, your ripperdoc is ♥♥♥♥). Only the hands and arms show your cybernetics depending on what they are.

There are a couple chrome skin tones available right now but most have limitations.

Couple of mods for that, but they are mostly clothing versions. Some Netwatch cyberlegs and a mod that lets you have the pointed ended cyberlegs that you often see Tygress's with.
