How to quick switch radio stations

I don't know if I'm misremembering but I SWEAR that when I played Cyberpunk through the first couple times (before the 2.0 update) you could hold R to bring up the list of radio stations or tap R to switch the the next one. Or maybe there was another key for it or something. Now tapping R just turns the radio on and off and I can't find a binding for a command to switch stations. Is that still a thing/was that ever a thing? Am I misremembering?

You are remembering right. They briefly removed the radio station browsing when introducing the crappy pocket radio. People were unhappy with it, and CDPR restored functionality. You can tinker with how you'd like it to act under Settings - gameplay. Disable Sync to vehicle radio and whatnot, cycle stations with button press, etc etc.
