You look on the map for 'food vendor'
Visit, ask the 'what have you got?' or words yo that effect.
Should let you buy from their inventory then

There are 4 types of pizza I think.
Locust pepperoni
Tofu'd tuna and pineapple
Plain cheese
Aubergine avocado and asparagus
Those are the ones I've found, and what a friend will offer you in game at one point

Oh, well you use mods.
Virtual Atelier, plus one of the vanilla game store mods.
Then click on your computer, find the grocery of AllFoods store in the Atelier tab (or the icon for that in the Net tab if you use the full version of the virtual Atelier mod)
Find the item on the right hand side, press 'P' and you get pizza in your inventory.

You can't call for anything delivered in game unfortunately, other than calling your car/motorcycle tho, sorry.

Well....two story points do...one of your friends, and one guy you work with will order, but you have to be quick to interact with the pizza box at your friends place, and the guy you work with, it's just there, not inter actable unfortunately.
