Reached level 60 too soon. What to do now?
I just finished Phantom Liberty and starting the Panam questline in the main story. And I am already 60 with all the buffs including the ultimate black wall hack.
Is there still enough fun in the game with no leveling up anymore? I am already playing on the hardest difficulty level.

why would you play dlc before the main game? Starting off at lvl 20 was a benefit aimed towards returning players. You played yourself champ

This isn't a game where levelling and getting gear is the main point. The story is the reason to play.

Level Up is way too fast thats true.

Next playthrough use Mods to reduce XP like i do.

In my experience about x0.6 or x0.5 xp should do the trick.

I did the opposite (Finishing main story and sub missions before DLC) and I was 60 when entering Dogtown !
I guess the best is to mix

Wasn't level cap removed, or is 60 max level? I only started playing recently, but thought I read something about removing level cap in some patch notes?

Anyway, I'm about half way through the DLC, have act 3 of the main story left, and most of the gigs and side jobs left, and I'm currently lvl 51. I feel I can't get any higher cyberware or weapons, with everything at tier 5++, and my netrunner build is very powerful against everything, I feel. Also I feel I have all the traits I need, basically.

The writing of the missions and stories is so good, though, and the atmosphere in the game so amazing, that I'm basically hesitating to do things too quickly, as I want the game to last as long as possible! :longhaul::letsgo:

Is there something special to look forward to at level 60, perhaps?

Custom Level Cap https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2909?tab=description

description

Gives you the tool to change the level cap and starting attributes.

Look under the "Mods" tab in the main menu screen that Native Settings UI adds, and you'll see a section for Custom Level Cap.

You can also customize the maximum value for each attribute when you create your character, and also how many attribute points you have in that character creation screen.

Make sure to reload a save after you've changed the value while playing.

Tips:

45 for 3 stats at 20
50 default
62 for 4 stats at 20
79 for all 5 stats at 20

Some notes:

I haven't implemented the usual things that increase with level past 50 like hp, or other passive stats. But I'd have to implement enemies getting more difficult, increasing their dps, your armor, etc., and it wouldn't really matter that much. You get attribute points, you get perk points, and the gameplay stays the same as it does at level 50. What more could you want?

Custom Level Cap - Cyberware Vendor Fix - https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11217?tab=files

description

There is a problem that occurs when using the Custom Level Cap mod and progressing to a level beyond 60. Beyond level 60, the game will fail a level check that takes place in the inventories of ripperdocs. Typically there is a level range you must be in order for Tier 5 cyberwares to show for sale.. for example, Level 45-60. Without addressing this, once you get past level 60, rippers will not display any cyberware for sale at all.
--------------------
I believe Custom Level Cap fixes that, but the mod author poorly explained it

------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm using the mod above and have it set to 85 and it can go higher in the mods custom menu
