Dogtown fps issues
Does dogtown really that demanding or is it completely unomtimized ? I had a solid 60-70 fps in the entire game on max settings and when I went to dogtown the fps dropped like 20-30 ... I mean , what the hell ? Its not looking any better than Night city which is bigger and better looking in my opinion.
In dogtown my avarage fps outdoor is 40. ( Ryzen 9 5900x , 4070ti)

It is the most demanding area in the game for both gpu and cpu by far. As for it being unoptimized no idea really. But i'd think you'd be fine with your system depending on your settings. I've no idea what resolution you play at nor your graphic settings. Even my RTX 4080 can't do 4k Ultra Ray Trace, Path Tracing+Ray Reconstruction. At 2k i can but needs DLSS Quality or better yet balanced to keep it above 60fps. 4070ti should be fine at 2k Ultra NO path tracing. May need to play with some settings though. As i don't have a RTX 4070 Ti i'm just making a few assumptions here. Hopefully you won't need frame generation.

In night city , everything is perfect 60-70fps but in dogtown , its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ :D

You may need to turn off Pathing then. There's a difference in Dog town but it's not hugely different. With my 13yo cpu/mobo/ddr3 pci-e 2.0 it was huge. With my 13600kf it's a small difference. I can find areas outside of Dogtown that have the same fps. Something doesn't seem right. But you are asking a lot at your 3440x1440 with Pathing. With framgen 60-70 sounds about right. At worse maybe 50-60 in Dogtown but just in the most demanding areas. Driving fast In Dogtown expect 40s. The dips can be pretty bad. Otherwise maybe a few fps less than your 60-70fps. Try these 2 spots just warp in a take a screenshot. Don't move camera but wait few seconds for fps to stabilize. Note same fps for me. If these 2 spots aren't close to the same for you then something is wrong. And i mean close to the same for you not vs me.

Note that i tried frame gen same spots. was 110fps Jig Jig street and 102fps Dogtown Stadium. Odd it doesn't like frame gen as much in Dogtown.

Optimizations aside it is definitely significantly more dense and detailed geometry wise than the main game.
