Spoilers! The Blackwall...
Spoilers may follow. Be warned...

I've been researching the true nature of the Blackwall from all sources.
The Blackwall is an advanced A.I. that NetWatch monitors and claims credit for it's construction, that separates the Old Net from Cyberpunk 2077's Shallow Net created by the Corpos. Nothing, not netrunners or rogue A.I.'s, may pass through the Blackwall either way.

Crossing the Blackwall is so dangerous that Brigitte will not dare to put her life at risk so she makes V. do the crossing. That says a lot about the danger of crossing the Blackwall.

OK...

So...How is V. able to cross this supposedly impenetrable barrier and then cross back with Alt.

Alt, according to the Voodoo Boys, is the first rogue A.I. to ever cross the Blackwall.

And Alt can seemingly cross the Blackwall both ways, at her sole discretion?
How, why, and by what means is this even possible? And yes I know the Blackwall iceberg is as wide as it is deep and many will not willingly go down this particular Cyberpunk 2077 rabbit hole...

The more knowledge about the true nature of the A.I. that is the Blackwall, the more this appears to be impossible...

Again, how can this happen?
Any knowledge is helpful to unravel this paradox...Thanks

so first of all, Brigitte is being cautious rather than scared for her life.
why would she want to go thru the Blackwall if her life was in danger to do so?

no, she is doing what she always does. use the 'ranyon' (floor rag) to do the job, and not get her hands dirty.
why deliver the message herself, when V is there?

Alt is special. she is nether 100% AI nor 100% Soulkilled human.
she spent years being a digital being. I dont know exactly how many years she spent trapped inside the Arasaka tower local net (my guess would be just short of 2, but i'm going on older detes) then years outside in the NightCity local net
(that is different to the 'Net' which is the old net. the one behind the Blackwall)

she was certainly trapped inside the Arasaka/Mikoshi network some time between the start of 2022 and mid point of 2023.
Because she had expected Rache Bartmoss to be the one to free her.
and he died in 2022. then the DataKrash happened and Spider Murphy was the one to rescue her.
(when Spider first talks to her inside the network, she says 'Im Luke Skywalker, I'm here to rescue you' and Alt asks who that was. Spider says it's a reference to some old 2D that Rache made her watch. and when Alt asked her where Rache was, Spider told her he was dead)
He was also the one who asked Alt to go into the Arasaka network. Don't know why, don't know what for. but Firestorm says he did (iirc, i've only skimmed thru it digitally with a headache, so my concentration and recall is vague on some points)

Now, according to Maximum Mike (the Morrow Rock DJ that is voiced by Mike Pondsmith himself) his 'good friend' and netrunner told him that Rache didn't 'create' the Net. he just 'found' it. that the 'deamons' are demons and the net is Hell. as in the place, not the term.
that Netwatch was formed by the Vatican, and that the Blackwall sings in Aramaic.

so, if Bartmoss is credited with 'creating' the Net. it's likely that Netwatch used his code, his systems to create the Blackwall.
his R.A.B.I.D.S are copies of himself, mostly. and he told them not to harm Alt, and any other Soulkilled people if they showed up in the net.
they were unleashed in the DataKrash, on his death. Netwatch tried to clean them out but they bred like rabbits lol (rather replicated like them)
there are still a few out there, the Net is vast and they could spread out.
the Blackwall then, was likely built on code Rache came up with, and most Netrunners adopted.
if HE was the first, everyone else is probably using modified versions of his code, his protocols and his systems (give or take advancements and the odd genius lol)

So Alt can likely come and go as and if she pleases.
but she never had any reason to come back till V and Johnny said 'hi'

as for how V can pass the wall....
I suspect it is because V is merged with Johnny and that point. And that the link was strengthened by Brigitte just before we passed through.
the Blackwall see Johnny more than V at that moment, as does Alt. she does not speak to V, only to Johnny, when we first see her.
She then tells him 'you cannot remain here' and takes both V and him back through the Blackwall.
V could not have done this I don't think (tho we never got the change to knock on the Wall again XD they never gave the player the chance)
The Blackwall probably would not stop a Soulkilled human from going out through it.
tho its job is said (by netwatch) to be to stop anything going in or out, i think it is more worried about the AI's going IN than things going OUT.
(IN being into the bubble-net's of the cites and OUT being thru it into the Net. once out in the Net, they are not considered a threat by netwatch, not a direct threat at least)

and Brigitte...Well her group wants to side with the wild AIs. They see them as the new 'Loa of de Net'
The other groups do not agree with group. they think it is best to leave the Wall alone (good thinking) and stop messing.
Brigitte and co want to go thru, make a Pact with the wild AIs for when they come through. they think the wild AIs will win the war once the Blackwall falls and that this is inevitable.
SO, they aranged to have Evelyn Parker record a BD of Yorinobu's penthouse.
realised she was too smart, had ideas of her own. which she did.

Evelyn wanted out of Doll life, and wanted to be free. Yori would never be her 'unicorn' even tho he is heir to the Arasaka family fortune.
She probably figured 'daddy' would marry him off eventually to some acceptable young Japanese heiress with acceptable traits and bloodline.
(not knowing that Yori had been designated replacement body for Saburo for decades, and what was planned for him)

Brigitte just wanted access to Alt, and needed Johnny to be bait to do that.
no idea what she planned to do, to get Alt to go back thru the Blackwall. Probably hoped V would beg Alt to help get back at worst, extend the offer and drop dead at best.
Surprised V even made it back to their body, Brigitte was.

And there is another thing...
the only difference between V flatlining the whole group of the Voodoos, V selling them out to Netwatch, or just walking away is loot, exp gained and conversation options with the VDB's in Dogtown.
Brigitte and co will die, no matter what you choose.
If you sided with netwatch, Alt has to fry them for her protection.
if you waste them yourself, they die by V's hand.
if you walk away 'Want nothing more to do with you' they STILL die, taken thru the Blackwall (you just cant get back to get the loot lol) and do so 'off camera' as it were.

you can find this out if you do the rollercoaster quest.
it only shows up before Evelyn 'self deletes' as a quest you can track, if you go into Pacifica.
stroll up there, and talk to the locals sitting and standing around the coaster and you can offer to try to fix it.
do so, and they will dare you to go on first.
(and Johnny will jump in and tell you 'We ARE DOING THIS, V' lol)
go ahead and ride it. (its also great to ride at night, especialy if you have a good rig. so beautifull.)
later, after the point where Evelyn is gone, and you have met Alt and walked away from the VDB's, you cango back.
only one guy is still sitting there, and you can talk to him.
he'll tell you that everyone has suddenly got 'religeous' in Pacifica. because Brigitte and co had said they would be going past the wall into the net, and would then come back to take everyone back thru.
you can get fact, or gosip from him.
he'll tell you he had a friend that went with them, she has a daughter, little girl. would NOT leave her behind for long, would have gotten back by now if she could. so he thinks they are trapped.

unfortuantely you cannot get thru the doors in the back to the crypt after you leave.
so if you want the loot, whipe them out or side with netwatch to get them killed.

as for the wild AI's? only Mike knows (probably, he and his team of writers who are making the tabletop)
