Regina's crate locked

I already claimed the reward from Regina the first time and the new patch says there's a new reward as well. I went to Regina and talked to her and saw a reward in the crate but when I approach it it says it's locked and I can't get it. Am I missing a step? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe it's locked because you already completed the quest however if you want to find out what's in it you could manual save now and revert back to a prior save before you finished it to see if you get access to the case.

If you've completed the Cyberpsychos mission and the weapon case was unlocked earlier, it shouldn't be locked now, so something sounds bugged.

Should be several crafting components in the case since the patch, and some other things, as well as an extra item if you took down all the Cyberpsychos without killing any of them.

Well first you got this this if you don't kill any psycho (thats how it worked before for me) also I need to end the Skippy quest on a second char first. (Gave it to Regina, wait a couple of days an get it back) But if you did everything right and you can't loot it, you will not miss anything important you just got some resources and a mod you can buy at any weapon dealer. Better than those clothes before but not that good it is a must have.

No idea the loot should be randomized but i got the same two times...

Yeah I only started doing those car missions after I completed the cyberpsychos missions, and there are some really juicy rewards for them! Plus discount on cars

By the way, the only car I've bought so far is the Porsche, and I got 45% discount or something. However, I noticed that I still have all the discount chips in my inventory after buying it. Shouldn't they have been 'spent' when buying it, then you have to work up a new discount? Maybe they're bugged for that car, since there is a mission involved to fully receive it?
