I think the one in the wasteland is the one missing, it's not showing up on the map.

I notice it says on the site above the following:

"All Cyberpsychos can be found after you finish Transmission, one of the main story missions after meeting the Voodoo Boys"

Have you completed that one?

I recently only finished them all a few days ago, at lvl 41 or something, and I did that Transmission mission a few days before that, but didn't know it was a criteria until I read this now.

I've seen this but the cyberpunk wiki is not mentionning that.

Maybe the wiki have forgotten to include it? I don't think it's official, or anything. The wiki, I mean. Aren't those usually fan made?

I'm on a new game playthrough and doing the heist right now and I like saving the NCPD dispatch and Cyberpsycho missions tell after I finish phantom liberty, because I like having the Erebus weapon to use during NCPD dispatch and Cyberpsycho missions , so I'll let you know which one it was, it takes 2 days to do them all

have you completed panams quest, "life during wartime"? one cyberpsycho encounter unlocks immediately after that quest.

I think it's the one missing. Gonna have to look into that. Pretty sure I did not complete this quest I did not advance the main quest a lot in act 2.
