Can't proceed on "I've seen that face before"

After where I extract a code from Aurore, it's hinted I'm supposed to change outfits (all UI is locked so I can't), videos online show I'm supposed to just get in the car, I also don't have that option. So I'm just stuck here, literally near the end. As I don't see any mention of this issue from any online source, it's likely new from the 2.11 patch.

Having the same issue, cannot access map or inventory post update. Tried reloading a save/making a new save, restarting the game and restarting Steam.

It was a while ago but, I broke out of it by reloading an older save, and deliberately choosing the alternative “choices” in the game. Only then could I proceed and was able to interact with the car.

Check that you have the Faceplate equipped in Quick Access (and not something else like grenades or arm cyberware).
