FYI, that's the drawback of using mods in the first place. Especially with these sizable updates, the chances of the update breaking the mod, or the mod breaking the game is definitely something you need to worry about.
Basically, just because you disabled the mod, doesn't mean it's gone and/or interfering with your game.
wtf kinda spaghetti code is needed for something as miniscule as that to break the game?
I'll try testing to see if getting rid of those lets my game start.
