Iconic versus Tier 5 Quickhacks

Playing through Phantom Liberty and came across 3 iconic quickhacks. Does anyone know the difference between them and Tier 5? The text seems the same and other than the crafting cost and the color of the item in inventory nothing else seems to be different.

You have a more detailed description when viewed from the window where you assign them to cyberdeck slots.
But in Iconics are always better than Tier 5s. And can have like better duration or lower RAM costs etc.
For the most part you can probably avoid crafting most of them. As i got most of mine as loot from Access Panel hacks.
