My health goes down anytime i change my hand cyberware

So I changed round my secondary hand cyberware (using 2 hand slot skill) and only that and after i noticed my health went from 558~ to 450~. Is there a reason for this or is it just a bug?

Did your previous cyberware have a health modifier? This should appear below the text (I think up to 3 different modifiers, not all are health related. Do you have the TECH Line perk which gives you choice between 3 different sets of 3 types of modifiers?

That's the only thing I can think of other then a bug. You can view these by drilling down to the individual cyberware component.

Edit: You can upgrade the level of your cyberware using crafting components.
