Free Rayfield Caliburn
I remember playing cyberpunk after release and after completing Ghost Town you could find free Rayfield Caliburn in cave, however now I completed the mission but the blue container with car is still not there, did they changed it or removed?

Should be no change. I believe your Street Cred has to be 40 or above.

It is there. I had no idea you need 40 street cred, so I guess I have been lucky to always meet that.

I waited for another 2 days and found it there with 42sc

Free Caliburn is still there given the right conditions... It seems you have to first help Panam with clearing out the Cave after getting her Car, then wait a few days resulting in an NCPD TAG appearing in the location indicating something of interest being there.

Yeah, I couldnt find it there with 20, came back later when I had over 40 and it was right there.

they mean the black one, not the one you can buy

Took for me a long while before it spawned, think it was around 40 SC and 2 or 3 in-game days before it spawned. I just kept checking until it was there. Then I kept using the Javelina instead

The Murkmobile Caliburn is hardly worth having, although I guess it ticks a box for some people.
