A scripted event with the Blackwall-controlled Cerberbus (the robot) is supposed to play once you've gotten into the airlock, but the Cerberus isn't there for whatever reason for it to play, hence your progress being locked.
So, once Songbird tells you to run, make sure you're actually being physically chased by the robot, then go. When I dashed/air dashed it was too quick and caused issues. Reload a checkpoint till the scripted cliché arm-reaching-through-the-door-to-grab-you event plays, then you're golden.
But that's just the thing, I WAS being followed and chased. The Cerberus was right outside the airlock when I got stuck there... But as I mentioned, it was just sat there, frozen in place.
It's possible that you may be right, though. Maybe getting away too quick might have caused the problem... I really don't know... it just seems weird that it would do it every single time, no matter how I got there.
