Can't exit the Claire's vehicle after completing The Beast in Me

So I complete the mission amicably with Claire and ride back to her place as the passenger. When we're at the end of the line there simply is no prompt to get out. Anyone have any potential solutions?

Edit: Found a solution - I used the wait function to wait an hour.

I had a similar problem with the Panzer in Queen of the HIghway and couldn't exit it until I set the quest to track in the journal.
