If car burn in flames, then here is no way, at least after 1500 hours I yet not found possibility.
But not always, think if the car is involved in some kind of quest then it will stay after reloading.
scoot up as close as possible and look further down than you need, takes a little fiddlin but if it aint bugged you should be able to loot them.
one time i had to roleplay being a mechanic i had to look down so far i saw the ground, but then the loot window popped up and i could get everything.
hmm clear, thank you for advice, i will definetly try it.
This is also why I stop to get out and shoot people in any car chase ambush now instead of car shooting kill and leave unless it is a scripted "can't stop can't get out" fight. (can't wait an hour in a lot of those case)
oh my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ god. I could just shrug and move on so much easier before they added essential QoL/cybernetics loot as a perma missable.
This just worked perfectly for me. Thanks!
