Vehicle will not leave 1st Person View

Looked through old threads and cannot figure out why this bug has popped up for me. Cannot leave 1st person view when driving a car. Tried saving, reloading, exiting fully. Reloading an old save. Anyone else seeing this?

EDIT: Issue Resolved! Looks like I somehow corrupted part of the scripting from mods. Removed all mods. Uninstalled, then manually removed local files. Reinstalled game files, then reinstalled mods as necessary. Game is working now normally

Using mods yes, tried changing key bindings as well. Hoping I don't have to reinstall everything to get it back to working

tried verifying files, uninstalling, reinstalling. uninstalled all mods. Tried reinstalling said mods. Nothing has worked so far.

Are you a nomad? Do you have the quest to get your car back? there's an old bug that locked some into first person camera in vehicles when that quest was active.

- Changing vehicle camera has been more laggy lately with the recent vehicle updates. Don't spam the vehicle change key. It ques it up and lags it out. Stop the vehicle, press it once. & wait. There is a bit of a load effort to switch the camera from 1st to 3rd.
- Try making a new game save, see if the issue is still there, go back to your old save. This has fixed certain bugs in the past.
- Check your settings, & Keybinds. See if the key is also bound to something else.
--- Could be the mods. They may have messed up the save. Check the mods comments for complaints about bugs associated with them.

Trail and error: (Using Vortex Mod Manager for Context)
Preface: tried saving/loading, exiting, reloading, waiting, keybind check/change.

1) Purged mods. no fix
2) Uninstalled all mods. no fix
3) Uninstallled game, reinstalled. no fix
4) Uninstalled, then deleted entire game folder from local files. Reinstalled, that fixed it!

Then reinstalled mods though mod manager. Now no issue. May have been a load order issue? Not 100% sure but it was definitely mod related.

I just had it occur when I got on the bike with Panam. Checked my bindings and C was no longer the camera button, now it's Q and C is now camera reset.

Probably a bug.

I just want a hood or bumper view honestly. I'm hoping for a mod that will eventually help with that.
