Hey, how do you open up the Project Red Launcher, I have no clue?

When I start the game with the Windows shortcut in the menu, all it does is say: "Open Steam"...
I need to know, because I want the goodies I saw you can get online.

Else, how do I log in to the Red Launcher, because I already have an account attached to my email address?

You need to click Sign-Up, then scroll down, and there is "Log Into Your Account"...

Steam is the launcher of all games and some software if you purchase it on here. In order to play a game you got from Steam, you must have Steam running in the background.

Once you launch a game by any means, such as from the Steam library tab or from a desktop/start menu shortcut, it first checks to see if Steam is running. If it's not, you will get a message telling you to start Steam first.

For Cyberpunk 2077, it's no different even though it has it's own launcher. Basically, you need Steam to run in the background to launch the game, which launches the Red Launcher first before you can even play the game.
