Patch 2.1 Finisher Fix

He's talking about pistols and they never had finishers.........
You have to spec your Cyberware for headshots. Getting Tech to 9 and unlocking the middle perk tree and branching right on it will help you spec out.
God what a mess of an update.
Any implant can but as you upgrade them you can choose new bonuses. I just figured out how it works too. So each time you upgrade your cyberware it will roll a new batch of choices. If you don't like them upgrade a piece you already have good stats on and it will roll a new batch. This is how you make crazy builds. I have a character who regens 35 hp whenever a bleeding enemy dies.
No buy a new one and upgrade it. You can only buy them at tier 5. They can be upgraded twice after that. You should have tons of money by the end of the game with nothing to spend it on.
Upgrading parts costs no money only components. Each piece will have the same starting set of bonuses. If you find any lower tier cyberware you can use that as a throwaway upgrade to reroll or upgrade it to max. It is easier to start from the beginning if you are going for a specific build, but it's not impossible at high levels to change it up.
Ok so then my understanding is this, i gotta buy a cyberwear item, then upgrade it, and hope it rolls the right stats i want/need. But being at level 48, i assume that all i can buy are high level cyber netics which means i only got like one shot to get the stats i need
2 shots. You can upgrade them from Tier 5 to Tier 5+ and then finally to Tier 5++. If you get the 2 perks I am talking about you should have 3 total options to choose from when you upgrade, 2 new options that are rolled and whatever it already has.
Tier1>Tier1+>Tier2>Tier2+>Tier3>Tier3+>Tier4>Tier4+>Tier5>Tier5+>Tier5++
Starting at 3 with those perks you start getting 3 total options.
