Matilde K. Rose boss fight is broken.
Hopefully (though I doubt) a dev will see this. The boss fight with Matilde K. Rose in the first voodoo boys mission is super bugged. 90% of the time there is no prompt for an initial sneak attack, she does not get distracted by distraction quick hacks. I will watch her while in cover waiting to make a move for like 30 seconds and then when I finally decide to move she immediately turns and looks straight at me as if she knows my location before she is alerted. I am currently standing in front of her fully alerted but she is just standing still 2 feet in front of me looking in my direction in a fighting stance, I did literally nothing for this to happen.
Also enemy melee is complete BS. I would have assumed it was reworked with the 2.0 update but Im still getting hit by enemies trying to melee me from like 10 feet away. Enemies will charge a melee attack, I see it and get well out of the way and they will lunge forward with their attack, come nowhere near connecting the punch with me and will still deal damage. This makes the fighting gigs incredibly annoying to play because I constantly get knocked on me a$$ from hits that come nowhere near connecting.

Man Not for me. Maybe you are losing frames. Melee is pretty on point for me. I use dash and dodge though so If you aren't using those at all that's why you are getting hit. You can also just sneak by her.

Enemies hitting with melee from far away is new for me as of 2.0, it's meant to force you to use your defensive tools I guess. Dash and block makes it a non issue, the other thing you should know though is that armor does not affect melee damage. You need melee defense rolls on your cyberware or just use the peripheral inverse cyberware.

I just passed this section of the game last night and found it easy to sneak up on her. She instantly aggroes sometimes if you were fighting openly prior to getting to her though. As for the sneak attack, if it doesn't show up for you on some enemies it means you are too close. It's needed fixed since forever, but backing away a couple steps will typically give you the prompt.

Distance wasn't the issue, I've only ever had this problem today and I've been playing this save on and off for about a week. There was another enemy I encountered before her that had the same problem where no matter the distance it refused to allow a stealth take down. With the melee being bugged for me I will also take damage mid air (double jumped up) from a charged punch from an enemy, which to me makes no sense. I also had Matilde ground slam me directly and it did no damage. I also went undetected the entire way until I got to her and had the sneak attack prompt only 2 times out of like 10 save reloads.

My frames are fine, not too sure how that would really effect the situation either. When I fought the twins I actually ended up having to just sprint away from them when I saw their charged attacks because no matter when I used dodge they would still hit me from like 5 feet away. Sprinting away would still sometimes get me hit with them being far but it seemed to work better than the dodge function for me.
