You are giving us absolutely no clue we can use to help you. We aren't clairvoyant.
So far I have installed 7 of them with no issues, though I have also noted what seems to be a persistence of older mods (first time I played you used the "mods" folder, not "mod" folder - but I left it there).
Maybe start with the lightest/smallest one you can easily tell if it is working or not (like a HUD changer), and see if that works? If so I would suggest re-installing them. If you use the RedMod tool or whatever, you may need to re-install them after every update as well (IDK why - but I recall one of my games working like this beyond Skyrim)
redscript - updated the other day
red4ext - also updated again this week
ArchiveXL
Codeware
Cyber Engine Tweaks
cybercmd
TweakXL
Native Settings UI
Morphtarget and AnimRig Additions - updated this week too
I use all the above along with 100 other mods that may depend on the core files above
You have to do a clean game install and manually delete the game folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077 because moded folders cab't be removed from start menu installed apps
install the game new
and re-install your favourite mods and read the mod description and it's discussion in case it has sticky notes about potential mod issues with there mod
Use Vortex or manually install mods, only amateurs use redmod
That sentence does not make sense in any way, shape or form.
Sounds normal to me - you can use Vortex to install the mods or do so manually; only amateurs use RedMod (as in it's the easiest was my take, however it sounds like OP knows a thing or two - so maybe not for them)
I may not agree per-say as I honestly go the manual route because it's the easiest to me, and what I have been doing since Morrowind. But I have previously told a friend to "use vortex - it basically removes thinking from modding games" as it does the downloads, installing, you sometimes just click one or two things.
Can imagine this was a similar remark.
When you want to use a mod that was made with Redmod, you still are going to either use vortex or download and install manually.
