I've checked the CPU core usage and they're all between 75-80% in use while my GPU sits at 45-50% usage. The only thing which makes the GPU usage goes up to 98-100% is RT settings.
I am only facing stuttering while driving at high speeds in city areas. Dog town stuttering is the worst it sometimes go below 30FPS while driving there lol.
Try turning off DLSS.
3080 should push 1440p raster just fine.
Using dlss forces the engine to render at a lower internal resolution before sending the frame off to be upscaled by the GPU.
Already tried the settings you've attached.
A 5600x doesn't have iGPU
Might wanna create a separate topic. Rog Ally/handheld gaming devices are a completely different optimization/"what settings to use" issue from regular pc's or laptops.
30 FPS might indeed all you get from a handheld device. No one claims this game is "easy" to run.
