NCART Icons (Purple ones) not showing on the map

I have had this weird problem that on my new playthrough even after getting the NCART text message which abruptly switches to the animation of looking at the NCART card, when I open the map, no NCART stations show. I then looked at internet and tried to go near one, and only that one shows on the map but not the other 19 stations. However, when I load an old save and open my map, all NCART stations (purple M icons) show up even though I never received the text in the old save.

Does anyone have any fix for this or can tell me what I am doing wrong here? It is driving me crazy. This is a brand new playthrough and ACT 1 is done and I have the NCART text yet nothing on the map when I choose fast travel filter. Only the blue fast travel icons and not the NCART purple M icons.

I even waited a few days of in-game time to see if the Purple M icons show up but no luck.

the index map window interface needs to have a check mark in it and now unchecks upon game exit and needs to be re-checked every game launch

Also it's not available tell prologue act 2

What do you mean by prologue act 2? I already finished prologue and act 1 as well. I received the NCART text as well as the NCART pass. After this, per all the information provided all the metro stations should pop up on the map.

I have seen this video. That is what I am referring to my friend. I do not see any metro station icons (Purple M) after I get the pass which I should. I don't know what is wrong.

Have you checked your map filters? Sometimes they can get reset.

Yes I check fast travel in map filters. Nothing shows the purple M icons.

I would do a clean game install and verify the integrity of game files after a new install

You had mentioned act 2 in your original reply. I have completed Act 1. Do I need to get much further into the game to see all the icons? One of my old saves that I open shows me all the purple M icons. But I was level 40 by then and close to the end of the game at that time.

I know because I did get the NCARt text and pass. however, I tried something right now, since all my fast travel are still not open, only some are. So i physically walked to one NCART train station boarded the train and got down at another place and did that 3 more times, so now 4 of those icons are open for me. Is it that these icons only open once I visit them one by one? I thought they were all visible at once.

I haven't tried the ncart system yet, was wanting to finish Phantom Liberty first before trying it and the new racing that was added

I was doing NCPD missions and not once was I chased by gangs in a car, so I did a fresh game install today and well re-start a new game

my game is installed new as of a hour ago and all previous saves deleted, well be playing again shortly
