world map - street names

As fantastic as this game is, the MAP is bad. Not enough details and info to navigate.
Without any spoilers, i need to find a street in Dogtown mentioned in phone text.

Problem is, how to find it? I dont even see street names posts on street corners. How are we suppose to navigate this?

I know online map exists, but they are clunky and also do not show street names.
Advice?
