Permanent haboob?

Ever since the 2.1 update, Night City is stuck in a constant haboob. I've restarted, gone to a previous save, used time skip, and even reinstalled. Yet for some reason I'm stuck in a constant sandstorm and it's starting to drive me bonkers. It makes driving really frustrating because the view distance is so dramatically reduced. Anyone else having this problem?

Go to the location in this video and approach the guy on the ledge, this will force a weather pattern change to rain which will reset the weather cycle.

It'll work. You'll be in a rainstorm for a short time after but it'll clear up on it's own with no issues.

Same thing happened after a PL mission to me, eventually a time skip with a Judy mission fixed it, or at least forced a weather change too like that Easter egg spot does.
