I have 546.29 (rel 12/4/23) which is the latest.
Thanks though.
The frustrating thing is that the game worked for a bout an hour. I exited to see if I could find some tweaks and when I went back in the Flatline crash started and I've not got the game going since.
Bummer, since I've been looking for ward to it for ages.
This game is indeed very picky about overclocking and stability over all. This includes GPUs that have a factory OC.
Even with a stable overclock that the game likes it can lead to logic errors causing cars to spawn in the air and other amusing but not really game breaking bugs.
I learned I have to disable iolo System Mechanic and then enable after I get the game started
Yeah, could you specify? I'm also having this issue since 2.1 and would very much like a resolution.
1. I restarted the PC. It didn't work.
2. I turned off the AV. It didn't work.
3. I uninstalled the AV. It didn't work.
4. I overclocked CPU. It didn't work.
5. I used the highest settings for GPU. It didn't work.
6. I tried launching the game with admin. It didn't work.
7. I closed other programs. It didn't work.
8. I disabled several services in Task Manager. It didn't work.
9. I checked the integrity of the game files. It didn't work.
10. I cleaned my C Drive. It didn't work.
11. I updated drivers using the GeForce program. It worked.
