Cannot load cloud save from PS5

Hopefully someone's had this issue and can help me fix it. I'm trying to load a saved-game from PS5 on the PC version, but although I can see the save in the list when I attempt to load it I get a black screen followed by a very fast loading bar, then am dumped back to the main menu with an error, saying to check the log file. I've tried loading up the game on PS5 and re-saving a bunch of times, no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? I've completely deleted an re-installed the game to remove any trace of mods.

Also I have no idea where the log file it mentions is, I've checked the entire install folder and the folder it creates under %localappdata%/CD Project Red, no .log files to be found. Can anyone point me in the right direction there?
