Difficulty level?

Is it now impossible to change the difficulty level unless I purchase the Phantom Liberty DLC?

You can change the difficulty level on the "Gameplay" tab in settings

You have to enter the game to see it

The save contains your difficulty level so it won't show until you load it.

If it's not there ingame then verify your game files.
