Cyberpsycho Sighting: Seaside Cafe

I was going this mission and the Cyberpsycho lady jumped up on top of the big orange archway as I killed her. For some reason I have never been able to loot the item I need off of her and I'm now unable to complete this mission. It's annoying tf out of me. Is there a way I can reset this mission or something without having to go back in saved data? This was from quite a while ago. Being unable to now 100% the game really makes me mad tho. What can I do?

IIRC there is some stuff below that structure to help climb up, but you may need double-jump cyberware.
Also: Do save more often.

I was able to loot everything from all of the bodies except for the Cyberpsycho. The Cyberpsycho still currently has the gold "to be looted" item on them and I can't seem to pick it up.

save and reload, the body might move a little to enable you to interact with it

Yeah there is a kiosk, vending machine, big crate... something to climb up somewhere around that roof, or mabye the one next to it (if there is another one?). No leg ware needed.

Ive reloaded many times and it never gives me the ability to interact with it. I've even used explosives and driven vehicles over the body trying to make it move enough fro me to interact with it and I've had no success.

The issue isn't me being able to get to the body, but me trying to loot the body.

I've also had unlootable bodies quite frequently since 2.1. Like I see the loot "icon" on them; white, blue, purple, orange, iconic etc. But they cannot be interacted with at all. Thought it was just on my end, but nope. Guess I'll have to report this as well on the CDPR forum.
