Militech Berserk - BUG - Immortal - FIX

So, running a pretty cool blade/throwing build and got my hands on a Militech iconic berserk cyberware. Thing is, I was killing things so fast, even on very hard, that I did NOT realize I was immortal since I got the damn cyberware. Once I realized it i tried to remove the cyberware but im perma immortal now. This sucks big time, I don't want to cheese the game.

Any solution for this? I'll have to go back 10hrs of grinding if there is none. This is bad.

PS: Brand new 2.1 patch. Mods that only affect some skins, nothing serious and nothing that needs dependencies.
