Is it possible to get a tier 5 Melissa Rory’s Maxtac Mantis Blade?

I have watched several guides on youtube, they say you could get a tier 5 blade, however after 6 attempts, I never got the tier 5, Rory’s corpse always spawn the tier 4. I researched further and the wiki says that the blade is tier 4, has it been updated or I’m just unlucky?

With mods you can upgrade it to 5++

Mr Hand is tier 4, from Rory tier 5 is a possibility. At least from what I saw on youtube. Although yet to get one after 6 reload. Also I haven’t finished phantom liberty.

You can upgrade he MaxTac ones to 5++, no matter how you got them, and you don't need a mod to do it.

You can upgrade them to 5++ in the riperdoc. I got two in my last playthrough, Mr. Hands still gift if even if you get it in the store, both were level 4, same stats.
