Need help from a newbie "Cyberpunk on Rog Ally" FPS

Hi all new to gaming, use rog ally z1 extreme before 2.1 fps was Gucci, now getting 30 is lucky, I have no clue what a lot of things mean (just got back into gaming) people been saying about dlss but it won't let me turn it on. So any help to your boii will be appreciated

Try to to 'default' settings for the graphic setting. From there slowely up it to the point where you was playin at.

try lowering all your graphic settings to either minimum or even off.
set crowd density to low or minimum as well.
