Neon rims on the Kusanagi CT-3X are broken for me

The neon rims on that bike just don't turn on for me. Every other bike works except for this one. Before the update, i used the "Neon Rims Color Control" mod on this bike but i uninstalled the mod and even deleted the game and did a fresh install but they still don't work.

Try pressing num lock off and on its how you turn the streetglows on.

Didn't work unfortunately. It works on other bikes, just not on the CT-3X.
