Blood pump implant bug

Sooo, basically, from time to time the implant just become removed without a reason. Its in inventory but i need a reaper to put it back. After i am install it, after some time, implant appears removed again. Its very annoying especially when you can't use it and you have to go back to reaper dock again and again.

Same problem. I am also experiencing my clothing getting removed for no reason as well

Healing items become unequipped when you use food or drink from the inventory screen. It's been a bug since 2.0.

I "thought" the Blood Pump Acted automatically. Why would I need it keyed to the H key?

Can you not use BP and things like Bounce Back at the same time?

Blood Pump is not automatic. Its just a replacement health item.

Biomonitor is what enables automatic use when your hp dips below 35%.

But yeah, may same counterintuintive but having a manual trigger still has value since there are abilities that are trigger by the use of a Health Item, like Adrenaline that you might want to retain control over rather than waiting for your hp run down.

To be fair though, that happens all the time. Sometimes I step out to pick up an Amazon package and I notice the neighbors all staring at me. I swear I had clothes on a minute ago! Obviously a bug that I need to tell the HOA about.

For me, it happens sometimes when looting the skill shards. It will actually prevent me from re-equipping it. Even though I had it equipped a moment ago. Doesn't play nice with the edgerunner perk. Have to load a prior save.

I was thinking Second Heart. My bad. For some reason when it got installed the Health item was swapped with the Braindance for Judy Quest line. Which is why I thought it was it.
