RAM does not recover until save/load

Having played on launch, I recently decided to give the game another chance with the DLC. I've gone full net runner spec, but during combat my RAM just stops regenerating for some reason until I save/reload at which point it fixes itself. This is really disruptive and ruins the whole gameplay.

Googling shows a few results talking about a bug with the "Feedback Loop" perk, but I don't really want to blow my 1 respec to test this out. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this because I find it hard to believe netrunner is just broken this badly.

perks are seperate from atribute points, so don't worry.

yes, you can only respec your Attributes one time with the free reset they allow you.
but you can swap around your Perks (from the skill tree) as many times as you want.
each of the perks can be 'refunded' and respent if you want to swap out or try different binds on a theme (int build, body build ect)

so, try 'refund'ing the perk with 'feedback loop' on it, and see if your RAM regen's normally first

I actually just ran into https://forums.cdprojektred.com/index.php?threads/bug-feedback-loop-perk-drains-ram-kills-v.11122366/#post-13676551 which describes exactly my issue (I'm also using instant contagion etc). Didn't realize I could respec perks so I'll give it a go.
