Report a translation problem
You just have the option to start a new game at the beginning of the DLC. I recommend not using this option unless you have played through the game multiple times.
If it's from around the patch 1.5 or 1.6 era, then you should be fine. But if tis is a really old save, like from around the time of the game's release, or before the 1.3 ptach? Ohh no son, you nuke that thing from orbit! You nuke it real good! And then you start a new save.
I think the other option is to create a new save that starts you at a higher level and skips to the beginning of the DLC.
