Just bought cyberpunk 2077 ultimate edition with phantom liberty on steam

But it's only updated to 1.0. How can I download the 2.1 mod that everyone is talking about? It should be an easy thing to do. I have some 2.0 saves and they play but the whole game was glitching out on me on epic , so I switched to steam. While I did get the DLC, it is only version 1.0. The 2.0 saves work fine but they are at different places in the game, If have already reinstalled, did a custom reinstall of my graphics card 546.33, which is the latest driver. I also deleted the epic version before installing on steam and it has been playing fine with no crashes except for one quest, where you have to get into judy's car and use the braindancer. I think after that I gain access to liberty city, or introduced to someone there or something. Please help! Thank you!

The only way you should be able to download any version except build 2.1 via Steam is if you manually force it to download an old repository, which you'd have to select the version of yourself as well.
